Our stay was quite nice. Mr Gabriel treated us well and made us feel comfortable. The house maintained a clean environment, and we appreciated having common areas available. It was helpful to have a few breakfast options and laundry facilities during our visit. We enjoyed the location, which provided easy access to transportation and local shops. As a couple from Nairobi interested in travel, we found this place met our needs.
There wasn't anything I disliked.

The proximity to Baker Street tube station makes tackling the city effortless, perfect for darting in and out of the chaotic vibe. The kitchen access offers a homey touch, especially with the fresh bread and cheese to munch on before a day out.
Unfortunately, the reality starkly contrasts the advertised photos. the room felt more like a cave with dim lighting and no windows to let in fresh air. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired—definitely not a pleasant sight. On top of that, be prepared for noise disturbances from above, especially on weekends, which might ruin your peaceful rest here.

Our stay was wonderful, especially with how Gabriel stocked the kitchen with breakfast goodies and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge and the sunny outdoor patio, which made the downtime even better. The bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😄

The location provides easy access to various attractions and public transport. The beds in the Double Room had decent firmness, making for a somewhat comfortable night despite the surroundings.
The room felt more like a basement dungeon than expected, lacking natural light and ventilation with a non-opening window. Cleanliness was a significant letdown. both shared bathrooms had visible mold and grime, not cleaned adequately for what seemed like ages, leading to an unpleasant experience. The heating left much to be desired. the room was freezing at night, and the paper-like windows did little to shield against the cold. Sound insulation was practically non-existent, making it hard to escape the noise from the street and neighboring rooms. For those who prioritize hygiene and comfort, this may not be the ideal choice.

Great location near attractions.
I was incredibly disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was filthy, obviously never cleaned properly, with mold and rust everywhere. The heating was turned off at night, making the room freezing cold. Soundproofing was nonexistent, I could hear everything from the other room and the busy street outside. This experience was terrible and felt like a scam.

Amazing stay with a generous host
We absolutely loved our stay! The host, Gabriel, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The shared bathroom was surprisingly private for our use, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. A small suggestion would be to add more toiletries in the bathroom, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The double room with private bathroom was cozy and clean. Loved the comfy bed with fluffy pillows. The amenities were great, including towels, hairdryer, and shampoo. The location was perfect for exploring central London. The host was super helpful and even stocked up on coffee and tea. Very handy kitchen space too!

While the room is decent, the soundproofing could use an upgrade for a more pleasant stay!!! The common areas, although tidy, felt a bit cramped at times. Improvements here would enhance the experience greatly!!!

Fantastic location with easy access to attractions and local eateries. The host was warm and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The shared kitchen was well-stocked, providing free breakfast and coffee. some may feel uneasy about shared bathrooms, but there are two available, which alleviates any concerns about wait times.
